well ur not going to lose that many pounds in just 1 week my advice is eat healthy and exercise ur **** off sit ups and crunches r great for tummy toning squats etc r great for legs but overall hit the pavement and jog twice a day if you’ve got the time sleep is important too so catch up on those zzz’s
