What is the quickest way to get a six pack?
There is no such thing as a quick six pack. It does take time, but if you are willing to make the effort then you can most certainly get a six pack. The first thing you need to do is focus on losing the fat in your stomach. You can have rock hard abs, but if fat is covering them you won’t even know it. Work on a balanced diet and drink lots of water! Then work on as many abdominal exercises as you can, crunches, sit ups, v-ups, butterfly crunches and leg lifts.
