What is the quickest way to drop body fat???
Exersize a lot w/ cardio, not weights, drink a lot of water and sweat a lot. Eat smaller portions of what you normally eat. Lifting will cause muscle weight to build, cardio just burns calories and drinking a lot of water will prevent your body holding on to reserves, not to mention running to potty for 3 days willhelp. Smaller portions, not starvation will keep your body out of starvation mode where it holds everything you take in, but you are taking in fewer calories, so you will burn what you have in reserve. But if you are in good shape and have heavy muscle mass, the medics will pass you over and take that into perspective. My husband was in the AF and he weighted 10 lbs over, but he also was a walking muscle when he was younger.
