What is the quickest way to check on my order?
If you are a registered customer with Harborfreight.com, you can login to your account using your email address and password and check the status of your web orders. If you have not registered with harborfreight.com yet, you can still track your order placed on HarborFreight.com by using our Order Tracker. All you will need is your order number from the invoice you were emailed. You can only check the status of orders placed online using the order tracker page. If order through a catalog, by calling in, or through a retail store, please contact Customer Service at (800) 444–3353, Monday thru Friday, 6:00 am – 4:30 pm PST, or by email at cs@harborfreight.com for updates on your order status.
