What is the quickest, easiest, and cheapest way to lose weight???
Running is the cheapest and fastest way I know of getting the weight off. If you can’t run go for a walk and do a few minutes of running in between walking. It will really help. Cut down the number of calories you’re taking in – keep a diary if you need to. Stop drinking anything except water – and drink loads of that. And if you want to lose inches fast then do loads of crunches, push ups, tricep dips etc. Doesn’t cost anything and you use your own body as resistance.
