By far THE most efficient way to obtain technical support for TIAH is to use the TIAH Support Forum. Registered TIAH users should provide us with their preferred Login ID (Login Name) and select their password for the Forum. These can be entered on the TIAH download page or emailed to us at: ptcsupport@polytechcorp.com.
