What is the Quicken Service Discontinuation Plan?
A. The Service Discontinuation Plan is a path to help you (our customers) gain benefits from the newest available version of Quicken software while retaining your service/support levels with minimal disruption to your workflow. Our plan provides online services and technical support for the current product version, plus the prior two years’ versions. (For example, after April 30, 2009, we will provide services for Quicken 2009, 2008, and 2007). If you do not need access to online services or live technical support, you can continue to run your existing version of Quicken.
