The Quick SSL and Quick SSL Premium certificates are vetted by the WHOIS info on the actual domain. Once you place an order by selecting an email address of the WHOIS, GeoTrust will send an approver email acknowledgment for the order. All that person needs to do is simply click on the link and approve the order. The certificate will be emailed by GeoTrust to the technical contact on the order, usually in 10 minutes.
