What is the quarterly dividend and how is that different from the special one-time dividend?
The special one-time dividend is paid out to Syntel shareholders of record once, as determined by the Syntel Board of Directors. The quarterly dividend of $0.06 per share is paid to Syntel shareholders of record each quarter and will be evaluated on an ongoing basis for adjustment by the Board of Directors.
