What is the quality of the casebooks I can expect to receive?

All of our rental casebooks are current editions and leave our warehouse in almost new condition. If you rent a book and it looks brand new, don’t be surprised – most of our rentals start out as brand new casebooks. We encourage our customers to treat their rentals with respect, which means no highlighting and no writing. Sometimes you may find the occasional margin note or higlight mark but, overall, we strive for our rental books to have the same quality as books you might check out of the library.
