WHAT IS THE QUALITY OF FCD PROVIDERS?
FCDiagnostic providers are fully accredited and certified. Our Laboratories are licensed by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services under the provisions of the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988; Federal Medicare certification and certification under applicable state Medicaid programs; College Of American Pathologists (CAP) accreditation; and any required or applicable state licensure. Diagnostic facilities must give copies of their radiologists physician’s license, malpractice insurance face sheet and board certification attached to their applications. They turn in site information including: state approval, CON approval, radiation control, MQSA approval w/ number/exp.
