What is the QikProp product suite and how can it help my research?
The QikProp product suite consists of QikProp, QikFit and QikSim. QikProp quickly and reliably predicts many chemical and physicochemical properties of drug candidate molecules. It also provides alerts about reactive functional groups that are problematic in high-throughput screening, as well as likely metabolic reactions. QikFit is an application which generates optimized regression equations for the correlation of third-party experimental data with sets of QikProp descriptors. For a set of molecules that have undergone a QikProp prediction, QikSim performs a similarity/diversity analysis for a designated molecule with respect to the remaining input structures. The QikProp product suite is a powerful screening tool that you can use in the development of drug candidates.
