The program is designed to build critical business skills early on in a graduate’s career, with particular focus on awareness of self and others, working effectively in teams, self management, communication and networking. The program has been designed in alignment with the firm’s Market Growth Strategy and has a strong focus on relationships and collaboration. The outcomes of the program are achieved through a variety of learning avenues, including team work, individual activities, feedback, reflection and coaching. The Graduate Development Program also harnesses the 70:20:10 approach to development. The 10% is a two day conference where graduates come together in XLOS groups to learn and share together in an open, safe learning environment.
