What is the purpose of training needs assessment?
There are things that people must do and there is their abilty. So the training needs analysis asks a range of people to assess what training is needed. Eg, a customer service person might want to learn more computer skills so that they use the system properly Their customers might want them to learn better customer service skills Finally their manager might want them to learn about new products that are going to be released.
