The intention of the OASIS SOA Adoption Blueprints Technical Committee is to develop blueprints which are functional specifications for the recurring set of business problems faced by typical enterprise implementation of SOA. The blueprints indented to provide functional best practices (what to do) as well as implementation best practices (how to do it).
