What is the purpose of the RUSH FEE and why do I have two options?

A. Often the borrower has a compelling need to close more quickly. We have provided for two options to expedite a faster close. Option 1: for a non refundable cost of $500 + the normal Due Diligence Fee, we will reduce the Due Diligence time from 20-30 days to 10-20 days. Option 2: for a non refundable cost of $1,000 + the normal Due Diligence Fee, we will reduce the Due Diligence time to 7-10 days. Whichever option you choose, all fees must be received by us and the LOI issued for the Due Diligence period to begin.
