All of our monitoring plans include a consultation. One of the issues customers may have with this kind of monitoring program is the lack of visibility with the monitoring company. It’s hard to believe anything is getting done if you never see the technicians. The consultation is a way that we can keep in touch with our customers, measure progress, plan future expansion, and validate current procedures.
