What is the purpose of the Obvious Corrections Document?
The purpose of the Obvious Corrections Document is to enable staff at the RADAR Central Trials Office to make minor corrections to the database, without the need to return the form with a query to the site. This will add to the efficiency and accuracy of the manual data entry process as well as save time for staff at sites and at the Central Trials Office. Please Note: For the purpose of this trial, ‘Obvious Corrections’ are defined as changes that can be made to trial data without significantly affecting the reported data (eg. Incorrect spelling on the CRF is corrected during the data entry process).
