What is the purpose of the Message Board System?
OSR values the importance of updating our customers with the present status of their orders in compliance with their individual requirements. A built-in message board system allows you to communicate with our provider specialist exclusively handling your order. Steps in checking the current post in your message board: • Sign in using your account login username and password. • Click on View Projects to check your current list of requirements. • Click on the Project ID you wish to check. • The Message Board window pane shall pop-up on your screen. You may also upload any supplemental files needed by the specialist to satisfy your requirements. You can track all communications you had with OSR specialist up to the full completion of the project.
