The Medical Laboratory Internship Program (MLabIP) is an intensive, nine (9)-week, paid internship that provides top students throughout Northeast Ohio region with the opportunity to work and learn alongside experienced Medical Laboratory professionals at Cleveland Clinic and its facilities such as medical technologists & medical laboratory technicians, cytotechnologists & cytotechnicians, histotechnologists & histotechnicians, pathologists & molecular pathologists, chemists, hematologists, microbiologists, virologists, and laboratory informatics. Through hands-on learning and individualized mentoring, selected students who have an interest in the career field of pathology and medical laboratory science are provided with individually structured, full-time, medical laboratory science-related learning experiences during the summer.
