What is the purpose of the Intake Interview?
First of all the Intake Interview is mandontory. The purpose of the meeting is for the Parents to show proof of all needed documents, Drivers Licenses, Court Orders, Photographs and any other required information the Child Visitation Provider will need to conduct the Intake Interview. During this interview we will go over the Guidelines and Rules and will fill in the the nessasary paperwork. We will discuss the agreement for service, such as the requirments for both parents. There will be two separate Intake sessions for each of the Parents, which are charge separately.
