We, the Austin ZEALOTS, have set out three main goals for our Homebrew Inquisition. 1.) To drink your beer. 2.) To get you to pay us to drink your beer. 3.) To provide a well-judged homebrew contest based only on a homebrewer’s ability to produce quality beer.
