What is the purpose of the follow-up workshops in November and April?
The follow-up sessions will give participants a chance to talk about the issues of implementing each project. IF there are good reasons a participant cannot attend one of the follow-ups BUT did implement the project and can provide evidence of student learning, etc. we will arrange for an alternative to the Saturday session and allow the stipend to be awarded. The $250 for each follow-up session would pay for the continued planning needed to implement the unit and reflect on it as well as the Saturday session.
