“FC” stands for “Fail to Communicate”. This is use to let the end-user know that the system was trying to dial out to the Central Monitoring station but was not successful. In this case, please call Polyway and arrange an appointment to have a technician check the telephone line connected to the alarm system. If you noticed this problem, please reported immediately as your alarm system cannot report a problem when it occur.
