What is the purpose of the Core Leadership Program?
The Core Leadership Program (CLP) is a revolutionary new way of thinking about leadership development in Sigma Alpha Rho and is designed to identify and develop SAR leaders for the next century. The program is too comprehensive in scope to be explained in this paragraph but the purpose of the CLP is simple: To identify SARs top talent early and groom them for a junior management position and ultimately a position on Council Boards and even the Supreme Board of Chancellors. In doing so, these brothers will gain invaluable real world leadership experience, opportunities, and skills for use both inside and outside SAR.
