The data collected through HPA&E’s Survey Program helps TRICARE Management Activity (TMA) improve the quality of health care provided to military beneficiaries and to assess the health status of military beneficiaries. Some surveys are Congressionally and/or contractually required while others help us gauge satisfaction with our programs.
