The purpose of Stigma is to: 1.Provide resources and referrals services. 2.Attempt to rehabilitate the threefold population affected by rape: the survivors, secondary survivors, and perpetrators of rape. 3.Develop a coalition nationally and internationally that will address and support the needs of children born as a result of rape and incest.
