What is the purpose of project reports?
Reporting is seen as an integral part of the project’s work. Project reports are seen as management tools to: • Help ensure that continuous learning and quality control takes place within a project for the benefit of the beneficiaries, the agency and its operating partners, and DFID; • Enable lessons learned to be applied to future humanitarian assistance policies and practices; • Assure DFID that its funds are used effectively and efficiently.
