What is the purpose of my “outbox” folder and how is it supposed to work?
Files that you wish to share with all other members of the university can be placed in your \outbox folder. Please note that files placed in this folder can be read or copied by anyone else on campus—so do not place files of a sensitive or private nature in this folder. Only you can create, modify, or delete files in your outbox folder, but everyone else at the university can read or copy files that are placed in your outbox folder.
