What is the purpose of McMillan Family Findings?
This website is intended to be a central place for the descendants of John McMillan and his wife, Mary Arnott, to share information. I found that many people were researching this couple, with many of us spending our time and money retrieving the same documents. This site is a way for all descendants to pool their information. This will allow us, as a whole, to make the most efficient use of time and money to further the research on our shared family history. A second goal is to connect descendants that share common ancestry. Based upon information provided when registering and corresponding, I look to see if there are any “close” relatives that I could get in contact.
