What is the purpose of locking wheel nuts/bolts?
With car security becoming more advanced, stealing cars is a lot harder to do now, but stealing from a car is not and is one of the fastest growing crimes in the UK. Replacing a set of wheel even original ones when you add the cost of tyres runs into the £100’s each wheel, so by added a set of wheel locks will make it rather tricky for someone to steal your alloy wheels, as without the key they would have to make a lot of noise to remove the the wheels. We have customers who have 2 or more sets fitted to be extra safe!
