What is the purpose of learning tai chi?
People take our t’ai-chi classes to Improve their Health, Reduce Stress, Improve their Balance and just feel better about themselves. T’ai-chi is shown to help some people lower their high blood pressure. Many of our students have told us that their blood pressure is now under control after their first series of tai chi and our O’mei chi kung classes. Very importantly increased balance is reported, even in people of advanced age.
