The frontage roads are one-way pairs located on the west side (southbound frontage road) and east side (northbound frontage road) of the First Coast Outer Beltway mainline. The mainline of the First Coast Outer Beltway will be a limited access facility. Limited access means that the only access to and from the mainlines are by ramps at interchanges.
