Downloading provides us with accurate usage information, if this information is not obtained after three months, your device will stop working and prompt you to call Customer Service. Also, this data can be used to support a patient’s insurance claim, e.g. some circumstances may require additional documentation as requested by the insurance provider/payor in order to purchase the device for you.
