What is the purpose of CF bracket?
The purpose of the bracket is to act as a pivot point for the harness. The bracket raises it so that you are pressed back in your seat and not down. And as the pivot point, it is acting like it is mounted on the cross bar on roll cage. The CF bracket does not deform down to the seat cushion as it is set on the top of the seat cushion / head rest guide. The carbon fiber bracket takes the load of compression and transfers the energy down to the seat frame.
