What is the purpose of a waitlist?
A waitlist is a pending registration, which results because the requested Regional Technical Assistance Session is at capacity or additional information is necessary to complete a registration. If a Session is at capacity, the Registrar will inform the registrant by email that the Session has reached capacity. If space becomes available, the Registrar will contact all waitlisted registrants by telephone or email within 48 hours after space becomes available. If a registration has missing information, the Registrar will contact the registrant via email or phone to capture the missing registration information.
