Purchase and Shipping fees apply to bulk orders as follows: • 1-9 Cards: $2.50/Card purchase fee and $25/order shipping fee • 10-74 Cards: $2.50/Card purchase fee and $1.00/Card shipping fee • 75-150 Cards: $2.50/Card purchase fee and $0.50/Card shipping fee • 151-499 Cards: $2.50/Card purchase fee and $0.25/Card shipping fee • Over 500 Cards: $2.50/Card purchase fee and $0.10/Card shipping fee
