What is the punishment for applying false trade marks, trade description etc?

A person who is guilty of applying false trade marks or trade description shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years or with a fine or with both. In case the offence is related with food or drugs the offender shall be punishable for a term which may extend to three years or with fine or with both.
