The Advisory Council will be comprised of 9 members, including the founder of the Fund. The members will represent key stakeholder groups and other professionals in long-term care, health care, business, media and politics. The composition of the Advisory Council may change over time, based on the requirements and Fund objectives at that time. The role of the Advisory Council will be to provide guidance, insight and recommendations on the strategy and operations of the ProsperityTM Fund.
