Trammell Crow Company, on behalf of MEPT, is proposing to enhance its Corporate Pointe at West Hills campus and the surrounding community by adding environmentally-friendly and sustainable office space. The 466,000 square feet of office space will generate new high-quality jobs near residential communities.
