What is the proposed mission of the Faculty Development Advisory Board?
The purpose of the Faculty Development Advisory Board is to collaborate with faculty in their efforts to provide the highest quality educational experiences for our students. The FDAB seeks to provide development opportunities that faculty deem necessary to enhance their skills as a teacher, as a scholar/professional, and as a person. As a vehicle for improvement, it is important that the faculty development mission be driven by a faculty empowered via its own initiative and desire to improve.
