What is the proper way to withdraw from a CDGA event?
Individuals, who have submitted an entry for a CDGA event and wish to withdraw for any reason, MUST notify the CDGA Lemont office in WRITING. WDs may be sent via email to withdraw@cdga.org, fax (630) 257-2088, or mailed to the CDGA office. WDs submitted one week prior to the qualifier or championship will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee provided a written notification is submitted to the CDGA office. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR WITHDRAWALS LESS THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
