Place bottle in receptacle of hot (not boiling) water to warm. Rub hands together to warm, apply a small amount of oil to the palm of the hand and massage onto chest and back. The therapeutic effects of the oils are released with heat and friction. Children & Babies 6 months+: Pour approximately 1/2 teaspoon onto hands and apply to child. Congesto-K KiddieRub is especially helpful before bedtime.
