Add IsaLean Soup to water that is no hotter than 110 degrees Fahrenheit and stir with a whisk (any hotter will destroy the nutritional value of the digestive enzymes). Do not heat the water with the IsaLean Soup already blended. Do not mix in an IsaBlender.
