Solid waste must be disposed of at a licensed disposal facility. The only licensed disposal facility in western El Dorado County is located at 4100 Throwita Way, Diamond Springs. The phone number is (530) 642-0731. Solid waste may NOT be buried, burned or dumped at any other locations. Recycling facilities and facilities for the disposal of household hazardous waste are also located in the County.
