What is the proper way to care for and store our product?
As with all premium olive oils, we recommend keeping our organically grown and cold pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a cool, dark place. Although proper storage will prolong the life of our product, it is best consumed within the first year after production. Olive oil should not be stored in the refrigerator. If chilled, olive oil will become cloudy and eventually solidify or crystallize. Should this happen, the oil is perfectly fine; just leave the oil at room temperature for a time to restore it to its natural state.
