What is the proper way of importing annotations for Illumina data?
Illumina annotations come always as CSV files, and they have a number of top rows that must be ignored. After that, it depends if your imported data is target-level or probe-level. • For target-level data, ILM_Gene column in the annotation file must be set as the Feature id in the Import Wizard. • For probe-level data, it must be Array_Address_Id column. Please note that probe-level annotations cannot be imported properly in version 1.3 of FlexArray . Please install version 1.3.1. For more information about importing Illumina annotations please see document Illumina import tutorial.pdf.
