If someone fails an exam, they can repurchase it from the course catalog. The system will auto-check to verify it is a retake and will display the $10 retake fee to the individual. After confirming the purchase, an invoice will be generated.

If someone fails an exam, they can take it again by selecting it from the appropriate catalog section of CPDOnline. The system will auto-check to verify it is a retake and will display the $10 retake fee to the individual (except for CU Advance and RegTraC Level 1 regulation-specific exams, see above). After confirming the purchase, the fee will be added on the next monthly bill. If your credit union has a CPDOnline Unlimited Membership, retakes are free.
