What is the proper method to mix the material?
A proper mix of the material yields an even uniform consistency and color . The use of a mixing device which allows one to scrape up the material and lay it back into itself is the most efficient way to mix . The biggest problem with mixing the material with a swirl motion is that one tends to not completely induct the material, the outer edges are never mixed in the mass. Usually poor results are obtained with this method as there will be hard and soft spots. We suggest one to use a spring steel artist palette knife for mixing. It is flexible to allow the material to be scraped up cleanly off a flat surface and laid back into itself numerous times. It should not take longer than 20 seconds to mix the material thoroughly.
