Waiters usually have their tip already added to the food or drink bill. Stewards have a set tip you pay when boarding, about $10.00 a day per person.Cruise lines charge you this amount and everyone pays. You can adjust the tip between the dining room and cabin stewards. If you geat great service from the dining room and or cabin stewart, you can hand the steward or waiter an additional tip in person at the end of the cruise, if you wish, but not required.
